The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) conducted a written test on 10 August 2019 for the post of Assistant Engineer (AE) at various exam centres across the state. The Combined Engineering Service Examination (CESE) is conducted in the state to recruit deserving candidates on the engineering vacancies. The individuals who have a bachelor’s degree in engineering can participate in CESE competitive examination. TNPSC CESE Assistant Engineer Result 2019
Online applications for the post of Assistant Engineer(AE) in Civil, Agricultural Engineering, Electrical, Fisheries and others were accepted from 29 May 2019 to 28 June 2019. The candidates who had desired education qualification applied for these vacancies. Candidates needed to have knowledge of Tamil Knowledge.
Selection Process & Scheme of Examination
The selection of candidates will be made based on their marks in the Written Examination and Oral Test (Interview). Those applicants who were absent from any examination will not be considered for the final selection. The candidates have to appear for the written test 500 marks and oral test of 70 marks. TNPSC CESE AE Answer Key is available on the official website of the board.
The CESE Written examination will be of 500 marks and it will be divided into two parts. The part-I will have questions form the stream of applicants for which he/she has applied. Part-II will have questions form general topics, it will have more general awareness type questions.

Interview and Records
The applicants who qualify the written examination will be called for the Oral Test or Interview where a panel of interviewers will test their knowledge about the subject. This examination will be of 70 marks and all candidates must appear in this phase of the selection process.

Candidates have to visit the official website at tnpsc.gov.in. On the homepage of the website, applicants will see a link saying “Results” in the left sidebar. Click on that link and process to next page. Now on the next page, you will see a list of TNPSC Results where you need to find the “Combined Engineering Service Examination Result”. Click on that link and download the TNPSC CESE Result in pdf format.
